Well after all of those explanation of what is ki and psi and why can´t we see it we will now start with the beginners techniques
How to control ki and psi
First you must know how to control ki and psi. To control ki and psi you must visualize ( Imaginate ) a good exercise to practice your control is to visualize your ki coming from your tan tien and going to any part of your body you wish and you will start to feel tingling on the part of the body you chose then move the ki to another part.repeat this 5 times.For your psi is just the same only that you must draw the psi energy from your Third Eye Chakra
Ki/Psi Ball
This technique is the most basic technique and is necessary to advance in your training. First we visualize( imaginate ) our tan tien as a ball of light of color blue or green then we visualize ki from our tan tien going up to our chest then splitting in to our arm then from our arms to our hand and then cup your hand like you are holding a ball and then visualize your ki coming out of your hands to form a ball in the space between your cupped hands and if you feel in your hand pressure, heat, coolness or tingling you have made a ki ball . In order to make a psi ball is just the same but instead of ki coming from your tan tien you visualize purple psi energy from your third eye chakra.
Ki Flame
This technique is a power up.First Visualize a ki ball in your tan tien( the more you want to power up the bigger the ki ball, average is like 10 x 10 cm)then lift your arms above your then bring your arms down like you were elbowing someone with clenched fists and visualize the ki ball exploding around you forming a flame you will soon feel like energized if you try to power up again immediately and you feel nothing that means you are at full power .
Grounding
This will help you gather energy from the ground.First get in a horse stance, and visualize roots coming out of your feet in the ground and digging and burrowing in the ground and then visualize energy from the ground coming up through the roots entering your body.This technique can be used to give a boost to your attacks also but remember DO NOT USE THIS TECHNIQUE TO FREQUENTLY OR YOU WILL GROW WEAK BECAUSE IS NOT YOUR OWN ENERGY.
Ki Sensing
Close your eyes and think of someone standing around you. Visualize your ki flowing through your body into your arm and out of your hand to let it flow into the person.Then you should feel a knot on your stomach the larger the knot the stronger their ki power is
Ki Punch
This is just a punch charged with ki which will be more devastating.First visualize your hand filling with ki,when you have enough ki in your hand focus on the space behind the opponent ,then punch your opponent and visualize a shock wave of ki going through the opponent in the instance you make contact.
Ki kick
Same as the ki punch just replace hand with foot
Basic Ki Blast
Put your hands to your side and make a ki ball. You should be standing in a wide stance. Focus on the opponent, but keep concentration on the ki ball. Keep adding energy to it until you think it has enough. Focus on the ki inside of you radiating out about to explode with it's true force. Lean forward and thrust your hands out in a double-palm strike. Tighten you hands and explode the ki inside of you to let it out in a short, devastating, blast. Push the ki ball away from your body and through the opponent. This will likely only cause the opponent to loose stamina and concentration. NOTE!: Do not perform this technique and make physical contact. Only do that as a last resort. If the blast is powerful enough and physical contact is made, organs can dissentigrate, and the person could die or blow up.
Compressing Psi
When done with the psi ball spread your hands and visualize the psi ball growing in size. Now push your hands closer to each other and visualize the ball shrinking in size and becoming denser. Do this for a minute or so.
NOTE:If you compress your psi it will become stronger, you can also compress ki to make it stronger and can if you compress it enough i may become visible.
