Ki- Ki is the vital energy that every living being has and we see it in our everyday life but we do not recognize it as ki.Ki is mostly misty and and color green or blue.Ki flows in all our body but it is mostly in the tan tien which is where ki is mostly stored and the tan tien is located 2 inches below the navel
Psi- Psi is the mental energy which we use for kinesis like telekinesis. Psi is stored in our Third Eye Chakra located on the middle of the forehead. Psi mostly is color purple mainly because our Third Eye Chakra is purple.
