Close your eyes and totally relax. Imagine you are fighting someone who is about the same power as you. You could be in a martial arts tournament or a field. Try to be realistic. That means no big explosions and doing stuff you couldn't normally do. This will only slow the training process down. After training for about 20 hours (spread out), you will begin to notice differences. Like when people walk past you, you will sense them. When someone tries to punch you, you will sense it coming.
